They have not made an active act of war. Yes, they have murdered a bunch of people, most of which were on their side and were unarmed, but they have not launched anything more than a "marketing campaign"
Other terrorist groups tend to launch actual plans that involve... plots, planes, boats, bombs, etc... I.S.I.S. uses a blade to cut flesh on camera. (And that is the visual point)
Yes, they have one of the best P.R./marketing firms around. Look at their recruiting videos, great low angles, Always plotting the action. Epic music, editing, coloring, etc.... (This is not a physical war yet, but it will be)
........... Which brings me to my concern.....
"who ever" is behind I.S.I.S., seems to be marketing them (and Islam) as the next big monster. But short of murdering with the skilll level of a small child (or "challenged" person) they really haven't waged anything more than a slander campaign against Islam itself. I.S.I.S. seems to be trying to provoke a war that will lead to a genoicide of its own people. The U.S.A. is not known for being subtle, tactful, or passive. Where they murdere us with knives, we murdere each other with fully automatic assualt rifles, and thats just in our middle schools. We are a culture of violence, and we do not hide it (or hide from it) We are proud, armed, parinoid, and capable of a modern holocaust that will stain generations to come, and the world knows this.
